What information do I need to provide when placing an order?
To facilitate order processing, please provide in detail the following information:
1. name of product and the quantity desired
2. shipping information, make sure to include postal/zip code, phone number and recipient’s name (when
applicable)
3. billing address
4. if paying by credit card - credit card information, including card number, expiry date, name as appeared on
the
card, and billing address of the credit card
5. if transportation is to be paid by recipient – recipient’s
courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT) account number

What is the term of sale?
Unless otherwise specified, our quotations are F.O.B. prices, net 30 days term (subject to credit approval). When applicable, shipping and handling charges, insurance and special packaging charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. |

Do you accept credit card payment?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. |

When and how will my order be shipped?
Orders for in-stock products are shipped within 24 hours after we receive the order, or when advance payment is required, after we receive the payment.
Orders usually are shipped through FedEx for next business day
delivery within the US, and 3-5 business days delivery to most
international destinations. If you need to choose a different
carrier, please clearly specify your choice of carrier in the
order. |

Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order; all requests for our products are welcomed. |

Is there discount for bulk quantities?
Significant discount is usually offered
for bulk quantities of listed products. Please contact us for
specific product and quantity. |

Do you provide Material Safety Data Sheets?
Material Safety Data Sheets for the compounds that Tecoland offers for sale are available upon request. |
